
Objective
Host a special edition of the Dell Annual Meeting — the yearly event dedicated to consultants of the Dell Expert Network program — within the Dell Technologies Forum, the brand's largest event in Brazil. The challenge was to create a personalized experience for around 400 participants, in an exclusive space, with its own visual identity and a welcoming atmosphere.

To ensure the Dell Annual Meeting delivered a truly exclusive experience within the Dell Technologies Forum program, Connect took on the mission of planning and executing every detail with the utmost precision.
From designing the space to physically transforming the plenary room in record time, every stage was carried out with a focus on sophistication, operational fluidity, and full alignment with the brand’s values. Highlights of our team’s work included:

Highlights & Results
Connect’s greatest challenge in this project was transforming, in just two hours, a plenary prepared for 2,000 people into a new environment with structure and identity specially created to host 400 guests — all without disrupting the Dell Technologies Forum schedule.
The success of this operation was the result of detailed planning, a highly experienced team, and perfectly coordinated execution.
