Amazon Web Services approached us with the mission to deliver a memorable and distinctive experience at the AWS Partner Summit, unifying regional events into a single gathering in Miami, USA, focused on partners within the Amazon Partner Network (APN) ecosystem.
The goal was to create an environment conducive to networking, sharing growth strategies, presenting cloud market opportunities, and showcasing the latest exclusive program updates.

Our team immersed itself in the challenge from the very beginning.
After understanding AWS’s needs, we began a collaborative brainstorming process to generate ideas that would enhance the event’s dynamics and content. Connect was responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the event, focusing on:
Curating and strategically planning the event, including selecting a venue in Miami capable of hosting over 500 participants with flexibility for impactful scenography.
Developing activations to engage the audience throughout the three days.
Creating a complete stage script to optimize keynote speeches and participant interactions.
Managing sponsors, including structuring spaces for them to showcase their solutions.
Unfolding the visual concept into scenography, customized giveaways, and signage.
Producing audiovisual materials, including motion graphics and videos to enrich message delivery and make content more appealing and accessible.














Highlights & Results
The AWS Partner Summit was an absolute success, establishing itself as one of the most strategic gatherings within the AWS ecosystem in Latin America. The event fostered a highly qualified environment for networking, knowledge exchange, and business opportunities among attending partners.
The immersive experience created by Connect directly contributed to the high level of engagement over the three days, with dynamic activations, scenography that sparked curiosity, and a fluid agenda that kept the audience engaged until the end.
